Washington must have one of the most dysfunctional transportation planning and implementation processes in the country, and we all suffer for it. There should be one master planning entity with representatives from all concerned agencies, and it should have a mandate to make decisions and move forward rather than studying everything to death. No transportation plan will please everybody. Make decisions and GET THINGS DONE!
